The preseason AP Top 25 basketball poll is out, and West Virginia checks in at No. 13 to start the season. It’s the 55th consecutive week the Mountaineers have appeared in the poll, which is one shy of the program record set between 1956 and 1960. Below is the full poll and below that is my ballot. It’s my first time voting in any AP poll, so I’m sure I messed up something somewhere.
