Kansas State arrived at around 5 p.m. and went from bus to field in black warmups. The Wildcats are walking around, doing nothing in particular, while the Mountaineer Mantrip begins and ends and delivers WVU to the field. Pink security creates a separation between the two teams and you sense just a little tension.

WVU does what it does for every home game and populates the flying WV at midfield and bounces around to the music. Kansas State players slowly turned and walked away, certainly in line with their persona and so as to not create any unnecessary motivation.

Also, and this is weird, the dress lists is done but isn’t being handed out until later.
