P-Rod twists in the wind at 11 a.m. I’ve got a Big East teleconference to sit in on and DirecTV being installed in my house, so I won’t be able to watch or record this thing. If you don’t mind posting updates for me and for others who want to be kept in the loop, it’d be greatly appreciated.

Is it surprising? Not really. I think you’d be extremely naive to say this isn’t more common than rare across the country — and that, by the way, does not make it right. Nor does it mean it happened there. Or here. What’s intriguing — and you may find it exciting — is his own guys have turned on him already. If this was happening at WVU, no one ever turned the guns on the coach in his seven seasons. You might say there’s some friction there, yes? Also, I find it interesting Michigan has already launched an investigation despite not guilty pleas from the coach and compliance.

So, yeah, keep this thing chugging along for me/us on a surprisingly busy Monday.
