The 12th annual West Virginia Book Festival will be Oct. 13 and 14 at the Charleston Civic Center in the Mountain State’s capital city. The West Virginia Book Festival brings books and people together — readers, writers, illustrators, publishers, vendors and more. Each year, the festival offers presentations by a range of authors for all ages and interests, book signings, Q&A opportunities, a special activity area just for children, programs for teens and young adults, writer workshops, numerous academic and commercial book sellers and a giant used book sale.
It is free to the public.
