The Rick Perdue Tribe will be at The Boulevard Tavern at 10 PM, admission is free with a Tedeschi Trucks Band ticket from The Clay Center.
RFC faves, The Diablo Blues Band, return to the Empty Glass at 10:30 PM, for what I’m guessing is a five-to-seven dollar cover.
Thursday
The HallowEast Murder Mystery happens, and ArtMares continues. See here for details.
“Maul of the Dead” is staged at WVSU at 7:30 PM and 11 PM. You can read about it here.
Kasket Entertainment has their Halloween Party at the Blue Parrot starting at 9 PM. Featuring music from Brain Trauma, Elysium, Calendars and Kerosene, Miniature Giant, Black Cat, and Konspiracy Ent. Admission is $7 for pre-sale, and ten bucks at the door. There will also be Costume contests with prizes of cash and fine trinketry. Look up Brain Trauma on Facebook for pre-sale information.
Festival Fall presents The No Pants Players doing one of their filthy nasty dirty adult-oriented shows at The Walker Theater at The Clay Center starting at 9 PM. Joining them is Ted Brightwell’s Drag Divas with Miss Viki, just to mix things up for the Halloween season. Tickets are fifteen dollars and can be purchased in advance or at the door, if they don’t sell out.
The Empty Glass plays host to the Heart of Appalachia Roller Derby Fundraiser at 9 PM with live music by Foz Rotten (who will be on next week’s RFC), The Red Lights, and Dinosaur Burps. You can also expect a costume contest, raffles, a Twerk-Off, festive beverages and of course, the ladies of Heart of Appalachia Roller Derby. $7 Cover.
At 10 PM Thump Daddy takes the stage at Sam’s Uptown Cafe, with a five-dollar cover, while Fletcher’s Grove does the same at The Boulevard Tavern.
If by some chance you’re in Anaheim, check out GoGo 13 at Chain Reaction for an all-ages show at 7 PM (10 PM EDT). Admission is ten bucks.
