Electronic Arts this week announced that “Medal of Honor” will launch on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC this October.
The game will hit shelves in North America on Oct. 12 and in Europe on October 15. The first-person shooter, which is the first in the franchise to explore warfare outside of the World War II era and the first to carry a mature rating, is being developed by EA’s Los Angeles studio and DICE, which is handling the game’s multiplayer suite.
I was a big fan of the old “Medal of Honor” games, but the question now is how will “MoH” hold up against the likes of “Modern Warfare 2” and EA’s own “Battlefield: Bad Company 2”? We’ll find out this October.
